Last month we learned about the ‘Disruption Economy’ from Julie L. Mohr. In her session, she spoke about how those of us in IT need to pay close attention to our customers' needs in order to remain relevant in our industry.

At the October HDI Steel City meeting, we will continue the dialogue that began last month by holding round table discussions that will focus on the ways in which we rise to meet the ever-shifting landscape of customer demand. 

We will discuss the extra measures we take to WOW our customers and create a relationships built on trust.  This month's meeting is the time for you to share your great ideas and glean trade secrets from others on the front lines of the industry.

Building relationships with our customers, our teams, and other IT teams in our organization is key to everyone’s success. How does your organization tackle such a monumental task?
